1. We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential, and will not disclose any details to 3rd parties. The only other companies that see your contact details are the couriers or delivery companies.
2. When you shop online on this Website, we use Paypal as our payment account. We do not gain access to your credit card details from Paypal, and all names and addresses from orders are treated in the same way as detail 1.1.
3. When placing an order, we will collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information; these are also dealt with in the same manner as 1.1. We are monitored by our Credit Card Merchant, and fully comply with the PCI DSS regulations, and are scanned on a quarterly basis, by Security Metrics, to ensure we are up to date with these rules. When using your Credit Card to pay, the information kept at the office is in a secure place, when allowable. We shred all information no longer required.
