Delivery, Postage and Packaging

We aim to process orders within 3 working days of receipt, and aim to have parcels ready for delivery within 4 working days. We can only request the appropriate service for delivery, and are not responsible for the length of time to delivery. We are also not responsible for the items whilst in transit.

UK Delivery (Including BFPO and Northern Ireland):

Orders under £100 incur a Deliver Fee of £5.00. We have postal collections Monday to Thursday. For our main deliveries, we use Royal Mail. Proof of Postage is obtained; you can request recorded delivery for an extra charge.

Overseas Delivery:

Overseas postage is charged at the actual price we are charged from our couriers; if possible; please request the price of delivery prior to placing your order.

Damage and/or Loss in Transit:

Please check all packages on receipt. Claims for damage to goods during transit must be made within 24 hours from receipt of goods. No responsibility is accepted by us, for breakage or loss in transit when goods are forwarded by couriers. The couriers concerned and ourselves must be advised of all breakages, and the original packaging and items as delivered must be available for inspection.


Returns Policy/ Right to Cancel

You have the right to return the Goods (in the original packaging and condition) to us for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 14 days from receipt of the Goods. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods to arrange the return. Please contact us on info@millgatehouse.co.uk or by telephone.

For any items returned due to your error on the order form, or if you have changed your mind, the postage of return is at your own expense.

For any items returns to due being faulty, we will forward the new item, if requested, at no extra postage cost to you, and also refund the cost of postage back to our offices.

A credit note will be issued for the original order, including any postage you have paid, with the returns slip we issue. Once the items have been received in the original condition the refund/ credit will take place.

We have the right to refuse a return and refund of any software that has been opened, and the security seal broken.
