We offer professional development and consultancy for all parts of the education sector, tailored to the needs of the school or organisation rather than 'off the shelf'. Our portfolio of professional development and consultancy has been built up entirely by personal recommendation, in the UK and overseas.

We have an outstanding reputation for our work in science, and have considerable expertise in mathematics, English, informal learning, whole school development and cross-curricular issues. We can work on a variety of issues, being best known for innovative and engaging approaches to teaching, learning and assessment. We have many years experience in working closely with schools, including international schools in Egypt, Germany, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Sweden.

We work with local authorities, primary and secondary schools, clusters of schools, departments and/or individuals. The roles we take on include professional development, curriculum and resource development, research, evaluation, project management, mentoring and consultancy. Recent work includes creating a new primary award scheme for the British Association (BA Primary CREST Awards), professional development for NTA project trainers in Sweden, translation of curriculum materials into Norwegian, and professional development in international schools.
