Our Assessment Courses

You have helped to make sense of what Assessment for Learning really means and how assessment really can support pupils' learning without me needing to be superhuman. (Secondary teacher , Cheshire)

The influence of our work in science and mathematics is widely recognised. We also have expertise in English, humanities and cross-curricular issues. We are best known for helping schools to develop the use of innovative and engaging approaches to teaching, learning and assessment. Our work has been recognised for the direct and valuable support it gives to putting Assessment for Learning and APP into practice. Unless indicated, the course will be led by Stuart Naylor, Brenda Keogh, Jane Turner, Jo Horlock or Jo Moules. They have worked in and with schools for many years, and are actively involved in current initiatives and curriculum innovation, meaning that our courses will always be professionally relevant, engaging and inspirational. The following courses are available to any organisation or group, in the UK or beyond, concerned with the professional development of adults working with children aged 5-12.
